The Detroit Zoo has one of the coolest exhibits I have ever seen. It is called the Arctic Circle of Life and it is SOOOOO cool. You go in a tube where the Polar Bears and seals swim all around you. Let me tell you , you will never get so close to a Polar bear in your life. I have been to this exibit a couple of times now but yesterday's experience takes the cake. There were 2 polar bears so active right over our heads, playing with a ball and each other and then one of them decided to sit right on top of the tube right over our head. Their paws are MASSIVE. It was so cool. Of course during our first zoo trip of the year I left my camera at home. I did however get a few pictures with my camera phone. Keep in mind my camera phone has no zoom so this is how close they really were to us!!!
Big FEET
We had a great morning, my friend and I took our girls to the zoo, Lilly who is almost 16 months and Izzy had a great time in the wagon, we packed a picnic lunch and had a blast. It was blue sky and warmer that it has been in a long time. Great Day.
I always tell Izzy on Wednesday's that the next day is a "mommy day" yesterday she was so sweet when we were eating dinner she said "mommy day!!!!" all happy. It melted my heart. I really cannot believe the love I have for this amazing child some days. I am SOOOO blessed.

I LOVE that exhibit. It's so much fun to watch them swim overhead. They are so big and cute, it makes you want to cuddle with them!
That is so cool! We love the polor bears at our zoo however they are gone- they are re-doing that whole exhibit. We cannot wait to see the finished product and see our polar bears again next year. We also love going to the zoo and now that the weather has finally warmed up we will be going A LOT! Glad that you all had a great day:)
