It is friday and it seems often times on friday i do my random ramblings so here goes.
I am super pumped for this weather for the weekend, it is supposed to be upper 70's and sunny!!!! SOOO excited!! I love that it is so much more enjoyable to be home with Izzy when we can play outside, makes the day goes by so much easier/faster. I am totally done with winter!
This morning I had just gotten dressed for work and Izzy comes running in my room and says with a big smile on her face "Good Morning Mommy!", it just doesn't get much better than that!!!!!
I used some of my shopping money again yesterday and am very happy to report that I got some great deals and even better, I bought another pair of size 4 pants!!! It is crazy!! I still don' tthink of myself as a size 4, and even though I am more consistantly a size 6, i can't believe that either. I honestly have not worn that size since high school! I have worn my new work clothes this week to work and have been shocked at the number of clients/coworkers commenting on how great I look! I didn't realize how baggy my old clothes had gotten until I wore pants that actually fit...apparently it looks much better and lots of people have noticed!
I did a first yesterday, I left Izzy with my neice by herself for about a half hour while i went to the grocery store. My neice Jessie is 11 and will be 12 this summer, I enrolled her in a babysitting class a few weeks ago which she completed and is even CPR certified now (which is more than i can so for myself) So she babysat with her mom on Saturday night and her mom let her do just about everything, so DH and I talked about it and decided I shoudl let her try babysitting on her own for a short period of time while I was near by. She did GREAT yesterday! Izzy loves her and they had a great time together...and i got to return the bags and bags of nasty can returns without the "help" of a toddler. I am so proud of Jessie! Now i guess i have to start paying her.....
I am happily back with a cell phone and feel much better. I was even pleasantly suprised that it is actually a really nice phone (which they are still selling and can't be that old) and it is in really good condition. All thanks to my younger brother! When I took it to the verizon store i was sure to have them wipe out all his pictures/contacts because g-d only knows what I would find in his phone since he is a swinging 29 yr old bachelor who knows how to have a good time!!!

Happy Friday! You rock with your news clothing size! I"m way jealou.....I've fallen off the wagon and have been eating crappy. I had lost 25 lbs, but now am only down with 20. I would like to lose a total of 10 more, and then maybe, maybe I might fit into a 6, but probably an 8. I need to sign up for another 1/2 marathon so I can be motivated to work out again :)
I started babysitting when I was 12, and it was usually for the mom to run a quick few errands. It's funny, when I was 12, I was confident I was qualified enought to babysit. Now that I have a kiddo, I think 12 is so young for babysitting (although it is perfectly fine, it's just hard to shake). It's great that she is CPR certified. And you always talk to highly of her, it's probably so reassuring to know that she's a responsible girl.
